The cement grinding additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of compound alcohol mother liquor, 0.5-1.2 parts of maleic acid, 0.3-1 part of ammonium sulfate, 0.3-0.8 part of sodium acetate, 0.5-1.2 parts of calcium lignosulphonate, 2-5 parts of triethanolamine, 8-15 parts of pulverized fuel ash, 0.2-1.5 parts of benzoyl peroxide and 5-10 parts of water. The cement grinding additive is high in stability and low in cost; the addition amount of the cement grinding additive is 65% of the addition amount of the existing grinding additive, a high grinding effect is achieved; the cement grinding additive can be used for effectively increasing the utilization rate of the energy in the cement grinding process.
