The invention discloses a composite cement grinding aid and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The composite cement grinding aid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18-28 parts of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 5-15 parts of diatomite, 2-3 parts of an organic coagulating substance, 5-12 parts of lignosulfonate, 2-8 parts of an inorganic dispersing material, 0.2-1.5 parts of ammonium acetate, 5-35 parts of water and 0.5-0.8 part of a preservative. The cement grinding aid is effectively combined with the organic coagulating substance, the lignosulfonate and the inorganic dispersing material, the comprehensive performance of the grinding aid is improved, different requirements can be met, and the performance of resisting sulphate attack, steel bar corrosion, alkali-aggregate reaction and the like is enhanced.
