The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a high-efficiency cement mortar plasticizer. The high-efficiency cement mortar plasticizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-35 percent of thickener cellulose, 4-7 percent of sodium hydroxide, 10-18 percent of phenol, 20-25 percent of calcium lignosulphonate, 6-8 percent of a concrete air-entraining agent, 10-20 percent of a high-efficiency concrete water-reducing agent and 40-60 percent of methyl sodium soil. The invention aims to provide the high-efficiency cement mortar plasticizer with good properties, stable quality and a low cost.
