The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a high-efficiency composite water reducing agent for concrete. The water reducing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-15% of sulfanilic acid, 5-10% of sodium citrate, 10-18% of aldehyde ketone sulfonated condensation compounds, 10-13% of phenol, 1-3% of an organic silicon defoamer, 10-20% of hazelnut oil, 10-20% of calcium lignosulfonate and 20-30% of water. The invention aims at providing the high-efficiency composite water reducing agent of which the combination properties are good and the cost is low.
