The invention discloses a marine engineering concrete corrosion inhibitor which consists of a diethanol monoisopropanolamine maleate compound, carboxymethylcellulose, a calcium aluminate expanding agent, an organosilicon water repellent, a lignosulfonate water-reducing agent, sodium metasilicate, sodium gluconate and silica fume. The marine engineering concrete corrosion inhibitor does not contain nitrite, chromate and other matters harmful to human bodies through reasonably matching and compounding of a variety of materials, the crack resistance, the volume stability, the durability, the water-retaining property and the segregation resistance of concrete are greatly improved, and the service life of the marine engineering concrete is prolonged.
