A sound-absorbing thermal insulation material comprises the following component in percentage by mass: 40-50 percent of insulating glass, 10-15 percent of mineral fiber, 10-15 percent of centrifugal glass fiber, 15-20 percent of asbestos wool, 15-20 percent of bentonite, 3-5 percent of polyacrylamide, 5% of a penetrant, 0.1-0.3 percent of a rare earth additive, 5-10 percent of pearl pulverized fuel ash, and 5% of rock wool. The mineral fibers, namely asbestos-free mineral fibers, are added. The centrifugal glass fiber used for the sound-absorbing thermal insulation material has excellent thermal insulation and sound absorption effects.
