Preparation method for modified acrylic resin mortar
The invention relates to a preparation method for modified acrylic resin mortar, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing maleic anhydride, hydroxypropy, cardanol and dicumyl peroxide to be used as a first mixed liquor, uniformly mixing an organic solvent and dicumyl peroxide to be used as a second mixed liquor, heating the second mixed liquor to be a backflow state, staring to dropwise add the first mixed liquor, after finishing dropwise adding, preserving heat at the backflow temperature, and after finishing heat preservation, cooling and discharging, so as to obtain a resin intermedium; uniformly mixing epoxy resin, the resin intermedium, terpene resin and a catalyst, then rising the temperature, preserving heat, and finishing the reaction so as to obtain modified acrylic resin; uniformly mixing the modified acrylic resin with a plasticizing agent, a cross-linking agent, a coupling agent, an accelerating agent, an anti-aging agent, cement, aggregate and water so as to obtain the mortar. Through graft modification of terpene resin and maleic anhydride on the acrylic resin, the bonding strength is improved, and the curing time is shortened.
