The invention discloses a dry-mixed mortar which is characterized by comprising the following components: 8-25 parts of portland cement, 0-20 parts of coarse sand of 30-50 meshes, 10-40 parts of intermediate sand of 50-70 meshes, 10-30 parts of fine sand of 80-120 meshes, 5-10 parts of ceramic slag or coal ash or a mixture of the ceramic slag and the coal ash, 5-10 parts of mineral slag, 1-3 parts of polymer rubber powder and 0.03-0.05 part of polypropylene fiber. The mark number of common portland cement is 52.5; the polymer rubber powder can be either redispersible polymer rubber powder or polyethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion powder; the polypropylene fibers can be one or more of polypropylene monofilament fibers, polyester fibers and polyacrylonitrile fibers with the length of 3-6mm.
