Inorganic artificial quartz stone panel and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an inorganic artificial quartz stone panel and a preparation method thereof. The panel is prepared from the following raw materials: an inorganic adhesive, inorganic filler, a flatting agent, a softening agent, a water reducer, pigments and a coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the inorganic adhesive with the inorganic filler to obtain an inorganic mixture; (2) mixing the flatting agent, the softening agent, the water reducer, the pigments and the coupling agent and adding water to uniformly mix to obtain an auxiliary mixture; (3) uniformly mixing the inorganic mixture and the auxiliary mixture, injecting the mixture into a die, shaking and degassing by using a shaking pump and then converting the mixture into a steam boiling room to air; (4) demoulding to obtain the panel and feeding the panel to a polishing machine to be polished so as to obtain a finished product. The inorganic artificial quartz stone panel disclosed by the invention has the benefits that as the pure inorganic adhesive is adopted, toxic and harmful gases are prevented from being volatilized; the production process is simple, and a relatively high steam-boiling temperature is not required.
