The invention provides a method for preparing concrete by utilizing a combined admixture of nickel slag powder and fly ash. According to the method, the combined admixture of the nickel slag powder and the fly ash is used as an admixture for concrete, and the nickel slag powder and the fly ash take respective advantages fully, so that an ultra-superimposed effect is achieved; compared with concrete which is only added with the nickel slag powder, the concrete prepared by utilizing the combined admixture of nickel slag powder and fly ash has the advantages that the total mass of the nickel slag powder and the fly ash in the combined admixture, replacing cement, can reach 25% furthest, the cost of the admixture is lower than that of the cement, but the admixture can improve the later strength of the concrete; through the addition of an efficient water reducing agent, the working performance of the concrete can be guaranteed, and the consumption of water can be further lowered; resources are saved, the production cost is lowered, the economic benefit is brought, and meanwhile, the development of circular economy is promoted.
