High-chromium brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-chromium brick which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 95% of chromium dioxide, 3% of white dextrin and the balance of impurities, wherein the chromium dioxide with particle size of 3-5 mm is 18% of the total percentage by weight; the chromium dioxide with particle size of 1-3 mm is 30% of the total percentage by weight, the chromium dioxide with particle size of 0.5-1 mm is 20% of the total percentage by weight, the chromium dioxide below 300 mesh is 25% of the total percentage by weight and the chromium dioxide micro powder below 1000 mesh is 7% of the total percentage by weight. A dual-mold method is used for preparation. Being formed by an external mold and an internal mold, the high-chromium brick prepared by the method is free of cracks on the surface and in the interior; when being used in high-temperature furnace bodies at reducing atmosphere, the high-chromium brick is high in leakage resistance and erosion resistance, high in high-temperature strength, good in abrasive resistance, high in refractoriness, good in thermal shock resistance, stable in high-temperature chemical reaction and long in service life.
