Insulated sintered brick and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an insulated sintered brick and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the insulated sintered brick comprises the following steps: step A, weighting 20 to 40 parts by weight of perlite, 40 to 60 parts by weight of a binder and 5 to 30 parts by weight of a foaming agent, and mixing the perlite, the binder and the foaming agent to obtain a mixture; step B, carrying out cold pressing and molding on the mixture to obtain a brick; step C, placing the brick obtained by cold pressing and molding in a sintering furnace, heating the sintering furnace to 800 to 1000 DEG C at a speed of 5 to 10 DEG C per minute under the atmosphere, preserving the heat for 60 to 140 minutes, and cooling the brick to obtain a product, wherein the binder is a mixture of foam glass leftovers and boron glass. The prepared insulated sintered brick is small in unit weight, and the density of the brick is less than 900 kg/m<3>; moreover, the insulated sintered brick is low in heat conduction coefficient, resistant to fire, low in cost, capable of utilizing the waste, and environment-friendly.
