Method for preparing lignin derivative products from industrial fiber waste residues
The invention provides a method for preparing lignin derivative products from industrial fiber waste residues. Hemicellulose in a raw material is utilized, combination of all component structures in the industrial waste residues is relatively loose, a lignin extract can be obtained under the relatively mild condition, the extract has the advantages of low sugar content, high lignin purity, high phenolic hydroxyl content and the like, and high-end lignin derivative products can be prepared. Impurities such as fine fibers and the like in the lignin extract are removed with a method for removing the impurities by the aid of a precise filter bag, lignin with different molecular weight is separated in a classified manner, meanwhile, different kinds of derivative products are prepared according to different characteristics of the lignin with the different molecular weight, the maximum value of the lignin is fully explored; phenolic resin, a dye dispersant, a lignin water reducing agent, a carbon black binder and the like can be prepared respectively.
