Antifouling compound for ceramic tiles and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an antifouling compound for ceramic tiles and a preparation method thereof. The antifouling compound is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 6-16% of methyl high-hydrogen-content silicone oil, 2-12% of low-hydrogen-content silicone oil, 4-12% of 107 silicon rubber, 0.1-1% of silane coupling agent and 65-85% of 120# solvent oil. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S100. sequentially adding the methyl high-hydrogen-content silicone oil, low-hydrogen-content silicone oil and 107 silicon rubber into 120# solvent oil, and stirring for 1-5 minutes; S200. adding the silane coupling agent while stirring, and continuing stirring for 1-5 minutes; and S300. standing to react for 2-5 days. The antifouling compound is especially developed for ceramic tiles, and has the advantages of no toxicity and no corrosion; the ceramic tile can be effectively protected by simple painting on the surface; the film of the antifouling compound is bright and beautiful, and can well prevent oil pens, inks, coffee, tea and other pollutants from infiltration on the premise of not influencing the surface gloss of the ceramic tile; and the ceramic tiles can not be sticky after being packed.
