The invention relates to a wedge-shaped rail for a bridge girder erection machine. The wedge-shaped rail comprises a wedge-shaped rail formed by six steel plates which are different in size, the top surface of the wedge-shaped rail is planar and the bottom surface of the wedge-shaped rail is inclined upwards. The bottom surface of the wedge-shaped rail is parallel to the top surface of a bridge box girder, the top surface of the wedge-shaped rail is flush with the top surface of a rear transverse rail of the bridge girder erection machine, a plurality of bolt holes are uniformly distributed in one side of the wedge-shaped rail, and the height of the rear transverse rail of the bridged girder erection machine is equal to the height of one side of the lowermost point of the bottom surface of the wedge-shaped rail. The distance between the rear transverse rail of the bridge girder erection machine and the girder top surface can be reduced, the height of the integral rear support of the bridge girder erection machine is reduced, the purpose for beam feeding is achieved and the problem of difficulty in girder feeding during erection of large cross slopes and longitudinal slopes is solved. Meanwhile, the distance between the rear transverse rail and the bridge deck is reduced, and labor in sleeper bedding caused by leveling the transverse rail is saved.
