The invention provides a surrounding-type quick splicing platform. The surrounding-type quick splicing platform is formed by splicing 8 identical fan-shaped splice plates and a plurality of annular splice plates, wherein the top surface of each of the fan-shaped splice plate and the annular splice plate is provided with an upper water flow trough along the edge, the bottom surface of each of the fan-shaped splice plate and the annular splice plate is provided with a lower water flow trough along the edge, more than one side surface is provided with a circulation seam from top to bottom, and the upper water flow trough is communicated with the lower water flow trough through the circulating seam. The surrounding-type quick splicing platform not only has advantages of high quality, portability, reusability and randomness in assembling, but also can rapidly drain the sewage falling onto the quick splicing platform to the ground.
