The invention provides a stable type vehicular triangular caution device provided with foglights. The stable type vehicular triangular caution device comprises a triangular caution frame, a support base, a switch, a power supply and three foglights; the support base consists of two support rods which are fixedly connected in a crossed manner, and support pads are respectively arranged on two ends of each support rod; the triangular caution frame is arranged on the support base; the three foglights are respectively arranged on three vertexes of the triangular caution frame; the power supply is connected with the foglight; the switch is positioned on a cable for connecting the power supply with the foglights. Each foglight which has a farther penetration distance is arranged on the triangular caution device, so that a driver of a vehicle behind a current vehicle can see the caution device clearly at a farther distance when the triangular caution device is placed behind the current vehicle in the case of failure, so as to ensure that the triangular caution device can play a good warning role in severe haze weather.
