In-situ immobilization and stabilization apparatus for contaminated soil
An in-situ immobilization and stabilization apparatus for contaminated soil comprises a connecting base plate module disposed at the upper end of an arm structural frame of a blending arm, two fixed tubes inclining down are symmetrically arranged at the lower end of the arm structural frame, a hydraulic motor is fixed in each fixed tube, each hydraulic motor is connected with a rotating tube through a transmission device, the outer wall of each rotating tube is provided with a plurality of stirring blade plates spirally arranged. The blending arm specially made is used to efficiently cut, stir-throw and blend the soil, allowing three-dimensional multi-directional deep stirring; the rotating tubes (106) are used with the stirring blade plates spirally arranged, thus blending is effective, crushing capacity is high, torque is high, motion drag is small, and damage rarely occurs; during high-speed rotation, material of flow plasticity can be well blended; viscous drag of the soil is overcome, and the soil is homogenized.
