The invention discloses an offshore jacket with a spread foundation. The offshore jacket with the spread foundation comprises an offshore jacket body which comprises a non-spread portion and the spread foundation, the non-spread portion is arranged above the spread foundation, an inflection point is formed at the joint of the non-spread portion and the spread foundation, and inclination of the non-spread portion is smaller than that of the spread foundation. The offshore jacket with the spread foundation has the advantages that large inclination of legs of the spread foundation guarantees a pyramid-like wide bottom of the offshore jacket, so that resistance to overturning moment can be achieved; small inclination of legs of the non-spread portion enables less rods near the water surface and smaller water plane, size of the offshore jacket is effectively reduced while wave acting force applied to the offshore jacket structure is greatly decreased, and accordingly structural weight is reduced.
