Anti-floating anchor rod backward bending device
The invention discloses an anti-floating anchor rod backward bending device. The device comprises a jack cylinder, a jack piston rod, a U-shaped ejection clamp, a fixed circular ring, a movable ring, an upper limb rod, a lower limb rod and an L-shaped rod. The working principle of the device is that a vertical anti-floating anchor rod is bent along a previously controlled elevation inflection point by using pressure or thrust transferred to the U-shaped ejection clamp by the jack piston rod and tension of the upper and lower limb rods to achieve the purpose of anchor bending at the upper end of the anti-floating anchor rod. The device is characterized in that the U-shaped ejection clamp sleeves (or is welded on) an end part of the jack piston rod, wherein the fixed circular ring is welded on the jack cylinder at one end close to the piston rod; one movable ring is arranged on a part close to the fixed circular ring, sleeves the cylinder of the jack and is fixedly welded with the upper limb rod and the lower limb rod respectively; the upper and lower limb rods are fixedly welded with the L-shaped rod respectively. The anti-floating anchor rod is bent through the pressure of the U-shaped ejection clamp and the tension of the L-shaped rod, so the purpose of anchor bending on the upper part of the anti-floating anchor rod is achieved, and the length requirement of an anchor section in a basement floor plate is guaranteed. By using the backward bending device, the upper part of the anti-floating anchor rod can be backwardly bent and anchored after a basement floor plate water-proof layer, a protection layer and a floor plate bottom bar are constructed, so the influence of the anti-floating anchor rod on construction of the basement floor plate water-proof layer and reinforcing bar engineering is effectively reduced, and the engineering quality is improved and the construction progress is quickened while normal implementation of each process is guaranteed.
