The invention discloses a tunnel fire-fighting system of utilizing slope flowing water and pavement water as a water source, which comprises a drainage ditch, a longitudinal drainage and seepage ditch, a side ditch, transverse drain pipes, a pavement torrent chute, intercept and drainage ditches and a slop torrent chute, a water filter, a sand sediment trap, a low-position pool, a pump room, a high-position pool and a tunnel fire hydrant which are built near the tunnel; the slope flowing water is as the water source, so that the adequate water storage of a reservoir is ensured, meanwhile, the cost is reduced; the intercept and drainage ditches are built in a plurality of contour lines of a hillside to collect rainwater from a slope surface, so that the water source is collected more conveniently, and the cost is relatively low; meanwhile, the pavement water is collected as the water source to supplement for the slope flowing water, so that the water source is more adequate; the torrent chutes are built to collect the slop flowing water of the intercept and drainage ditches, and the water speed is lowered by the torrent chute which forms an included angle with the intercept and drainage ditch; an energy dissipation dam is arranged between the torrent chutes and the water filter, the water speed is further lowered, and the water filter is protected.
