The invention discloses a fireproof composite thermal-insulation board, and belongs to the technical field of thermal-insulation boards. The fireproof composite thermal-insulation board comprises two decorative surface layers which are arranged in parallel, wherein a thermal-insulation layer is arranged between the two decorative surface layers; adhesive surfaces at the two sides of the thermal-insulation layer are fixed with the decorative surface layers through an adhesive layer; the thermal-insulation layer is formed by jointing a plurality of thermal-insulation board strips in parallel, a reinforcing rib is adhered between the adjacent thermal-insulation board strips, and the two ends of the reinforcing rib are fixed on the decorative surface layers through the adhesive layer. A tie piece or reinforcing screen cloth which is formed into an integer is additionally arranged in an original rock wool thermal-insulation layer to form a mortar layer with screen cloth and a I-shaped tie piece, so that the tensile strength of the fireproof thermal-insulation board is strengthened.
