The invention discloses a construction method for hiding a ring beam in a wall built with heat-insulating building blocks and shale ganged bricks. The construction method comprises the following steps: successively building the multiple heat-insulating building blocks till reaching a preset scale height; smearing a heat-insulating mortar layer on the outer side of the heat-insulating building blocks; sequentially building multiple shale ganged bricks on the outer side of the heat-insulating mortar layer and smearing a horizontal mortar joint between the sequentially built every two adjacent shale ganged bricks; pouring the ring beam above the heat-insulating building blocks at the preset scale height; smearing a heat-insulating mortar layer on the outer side of the poured ring beam and building 1/2 wide shale ganged bricks. The construction method provided by the invention has the advantages that the hiding of the ring beam is realized, the arrangement of the ring beam has no influence on the appearance effect of the wall, the ring beam can be additionally arranged on any preset position, the energy-saving and heat-insulating effect of the wall is ensured while the integrality, earthquake resistance and stability of the wall are promoted.
