The invention discloses a ventilating panoramic roof imparted functions such as ventilation and lighting. According to the arrangement, ventilation quality and lighting quality can be freely adjusted based on different requirements. The ventilating panoramic roof is composed of a tile portion and a drive potion. The tile portion is composed of transparent tiles on the upper layer and opaque tiles on the lower layer. The tiles in a row are laid on the roof through a spindle. A motor is arranged on each tile row and connected with a gearbox. The gear boxes are connected to the spindles at the lowest rows of the tile layers. Two ends of each spindle are provided with two gear discs which are connected with two adjacent spindles through chains, so that power transmission is achieved. The ventilating panoramic roof has the advantage such that the ventilation quality and lighting quality can be freely adjusted based on different requirements of the user.
