The parallel keel ceiling comprises suspender rods, hangers, keels and a ceiling board; outer threads are arranged on each suspender rod; each hanger is fixed on the lower end of each suspender rod through a nut; each keel comprises a clamp rail and an aluminum profile; the section of each aluminum profile is integrally rectangular; the top of each aluminum profile is provided with an clamping slot extending along the axial direction; flanges which protrude upwards and extend along the axial direction are arranged on both sides of each clamping slot; the bottom of each aluminum profile is provided with a notch extending along the axial direction; the section of each whole clamp rail is in an inverse T shape; the bottom of each clamp rail is arranged in the clamping slot of each aluminum profile; the top of each clamp rail is provided with a bulge part extending along the axial direction; the bulges and the hangers are arranged together in a clamping manner; at least two keels are arranged in parallel to form a keel array; the ceiling board is rectangular; C-shaped bends are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the ceiling board; N-shaped bends are arranged on the left side and the right side of the ceiling board; the ceiling board is arranged on the flanges of the aluminum profiles of the keels in a hooking manner through the N-shaped bends on the left side and the right side of the ceiling board. Since the parallel keels are adopted, the structure is simplified and the installation stability is ensured.

Since the parallel keels are adopted, the structure is simplified and the installation stability is ensured.
