The invention discloses a co-extruded roof water tank. The co-extruded roof water tank is characterized by comprising a water tank (1), wherein the water tank (1) consists of a wood plastic frame (14), and a colorful ASA resin layer (15) co-extruded on the outer surface of the wood plastic frame (14); the water tank (1) comprises an arched plate (11), a circular arc hook (12) and a bent hook (13); the circular arc hook (12) is arranged at the left end of the arched plate (11); and the bent hook (13) is arranged at the right end of the arched plate (11). The co-extruded roof water tank has the advantages of good corrosion and ageing resistance, simple structure, easy machining, light weight, environmental protection, beauty and low cost.
