The invention provides a water-proof system for a roof sampling pipe. The water-proof system comprises an adapter flange connected to the upper surface of a roof, and a lower waterproof flange connected to the lower surface of the roof, wherein the adapter flange comprises a hollow pipe which is vertically arranged above a roof opening; an upper ring flange and a lower ring flange are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the hollow pipe respectively; the lower ring flange is hermetically connected with the upper surface of the roof; the upper ring flange is hermetically connected with a sampling rod; the lower waterproof flange comprises a waterproof bottom frame of which the outer side is hermetically connected with the lower surface of the roof; a hollow upright post arranged into the opening in a penetrating mode is arranged in the middle of the waterproof bottom frame; overturned edges are arranged around the waterproof bottom frame; a water leakage hole is formed in the waterproof bottom frame; a water submersion alarm is arranged in the water leakage hole. The water-proof system has a good waterproofing effect, is simple in structure, and is convenient to assemble.
