The wood-plastic handrail comprises a handrail body (1), and is characterized in that large holes (11) are formed in the two sides of the core portion of the handrail body (1) in a bilaterally symmetrical mode, small holes (12) are formed in the middle of the core portion of the handrail body (1) in a bilaterally symmetrical mode, a small rectangular hole (13) is formed in the lower left portion of the core portion of the handrail body (1), an open groove (14) with a downward opening is formed in the middle of the lower portion of the handrail body (1), three circular-arc-shaped grooves (15) are formed in the groove bottom surface of the open groove (14), and a large rectangular hole (16) is formed in the lower right portion of the core portion of the handrail body (1). The wood-plastic handrail is high in strength, excellent in waterproof and mothproof performance, good in corrosion resistance and low in cost, easy to manufacture, and environmentally friendly and attractive.
