According to the device and the method, disclosed by the invention, in-place installation and temporary supporting can be completed in one step, the in-place efficiency of the prefabricated wallboard of the prefabricated building can be increased, the problem of the low in-place accuracy of the prefabricated wallboard of the prefabricated building can be solved, and the risk of working high above the ground of a worker can be reduced.
