The invention discloses a building support with a conveniently adjusted height. The building support comprises a rectangular upper support plate and a rectangular lower support plate, wherein the upper surface of the lower support plate is provided with a sleeve; the end surface of the top end of the sleeve is provided with a cover plate; the lower surface of the upper support plate is provided with a support pipe; the support pipe penetrates through the cover plate and is in sliding connection with the sleeve; the side surface of the support pipe is uniformly provided with horizontal straight slots; the building support also comprises positioning rods matched with the straight slots; the positioning rods are connected with the straight slots in a plugging manner; the side surface of the sleeve is uniformly provided with hooks; an illuminating device is arranged on the upper surface of the lower support plate through a bracket; connecting plates are symmetrically arranged on two opposite sides of the lower support plate; the upper surface of each connecting plate is provided with threaded holes. The height of the building support disclosed by the invention is adjustable and the structure is stable.
