The invention discloses a loading pallet guiding and positioning device. The loading pallet guiding and positioning device comprises guiding and positioning seats and positioning rods, wherein the guiding and positioning seats are arranged on edge beams of a loading pallet, and the positioning rods of conical structure are correspondingly arranged on the heads of longitudinal beams of a translation frame and inserted into inner holes of the guiding and positioning seats. The inner holes of the guiding and positioning seats are specially-shaped holes, the smallest positions of the inner holes are equal to the outer diameters of the positioning rods, and the largest positions of the inner holes are larger than the outer diameters of the positioning rods. The inner holes of the guiding and positioning seats are crisscrossed and star-shaped, the front ends of guiding rods can be inserted into two perpendicular maximum diameter parts of the inner holes of the positioning seats no matter the loading pallet swings left to right due to lateral wind load or back and forth when vehicles drive in during rising, so that the operating portions of the guiding rods are smoothly inserted into the inner holes of the guiding and positioning seats, and the loading pallet can be guided and accurately positioned as well. Meanwhile, the loading pallet guiding and positioning device has two functions of guiding and positioning, and the two functions do not conflict and restrict to each other.
