The invention discloses a movable inflammable and explosive storing room. The storing room consists of wall bodies and a roof, wherein the wall bodies consist of at least four surfaces, three wall bodies are explosion-proof wall bodies, and one wall body is an explosion venting wall body; the explosion-proof wall bodies successively comprise rockwool and fire-proof and explosion-proof plates from inside to outside, and the explosion venting wall body comprises a double-layer sandwich metal plate and at least one rope; the double-layer sandwich metal plate is mounted on a purlin through a plurality of explosion venting bolts, one end of the ropeis connected to the double-layer sandwich metal plate, and the other end of the halter is mounted on the purlin; and the roof is fixed through the explosion venting bolts. When inflammables and explosives are exploded, the explosion venting bolts are successively cracked, and the explosion venting wall body and/or the roof are/is opened to release pressure so as to reduce destructive power caused by explosion. The invention further discloses a movable inflammable and explosive storing method.
