A rear lock cylinder of the mechanical interlocking and additional tooth-pushing anti-theft lock is completely disconnected from a connector and a front lock cylinder, and an expansion sheet locks the front lock cylinder; a sliding rod is arranged in a sliding hole inside the front lock cylinder, the connector is mounted in an invisible hole, and an extrusion block is fixedly arranged on the sliding rod; a connection hole is formed in front of the rear lock cylinder, and a connection tongue is fixedly arranged behind the rear lock cylinder and passes through a through hole; the sliding rod is arranged in front of a leading spring inside the sliding hole and is mounted in the sliding hole, the sliding rod is mounted in an extrusion groove and the sliding hole, an extrusion block is embedded in the sliding rod inside the extrusion groove, the expansion end of the expansion sheet locks the front lock cylinder in the extrusion groove, and a side-locking device and a connection locking device lock the front lock cylinder. The mechanical interlocking and additional tooth-pushing anti-theft lock integrates the functions of mechanical interlocking, invisibility and connection invisibility of the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder, so that a thief cannot open an inner support locking part and cannot rotate the rear lock cylinder at the same time; even if the inner support locking part and the connector part are damaged in a barbarous way, only the front lock cylinder can be rotated while the rear lock cylinder cannot be rotated, and therefore a thorough anti-theft effect can be achieved.
