The invention discloses a pulley device for a building. The pulley device comprises a supporting rod, wherein two through holes are formed in the supporting rod; the first through hole is fixedly connected with two supporting arms; the second through hole is connected with a sliding supporting arm in a sliding manner; the two supporting arms are welded to the first through hole; the end part of each of the supporting arms is connected with a pulley; a pulley on the sliding supporting arm and the pulleys on the two supporting arms are positioned on one arc surface; two or more groups of pulleys are arranged at the end part of the supporting rod, and one pulley group can freely rotate around the supporting rod as required. The pulley device has the characteristics of simple structure and convenience in use.
