The invention relates to the technical field of door and window accessories, in particular to a door-window sliding device. The door-window sliding device comprises a long base, wherein a long substrate is arranged above the long base; a pulley is arranged at each of two ends of the long substrate; the long substrate is connected with the long base through a hinging shaft and can horizontally rotate for 360 degrees by taking the hinging shaft as a central point; a poking mechanism is arranged at the end, far away from the long substrate, of the long base, and comprises a screw which is horizontally arranged; the screw is in threaded connection with the long substrate through a thread hole formed in the long base and can poke the long substrate to horizontally rotate. The door-window sliding device has the beneficial effects that through the adoption of the structure, the noise caused by shaking of doors and windows in door and window frames is avoided; moreover, the doors and the windows smoothly slide in the door and window frames.
