The invention relates to an automobile window which comprises a window frame, window glass and a controller, wherein two sides of the window frame are provided with lifting guide rails; the upper part of the window frame is provided with a closed slot; the window glass is controlled to ascend and descend along the lifting guide rails by virtue of the controller; the upper part of the window glass can be positioned in the closed slot; the closed slot is internally provided with an infrared radiation inductor; when a foreign matter between the upper part of the window glass and the closed slot is irradiated and induced by the infrared radiation inductor, the controller is incapable of controlling the window glass to ascend along the lifting guide rails. According to the automobile window provided by the invention, passengers or other articles are prevented from being injured or broken by clamping in a close process of the window, and the automobile window is safe and reliable.
