The invention provides a belt-type lifter with a spring piece buffer gear and an adaptive slider. The lifter comprises a driving mechanism and a lifter support and is characterized in that a driving belt driven gear and a driving belt driving gear are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the strip-shaped lifter support and are connected and driven by a driving belt with tooth holes; a spacer is arranged on the lifter support to separate front and rear belts of the driving belt; a slider for installing window glass is fixed on the front belt; a sliding chute of the slider is clamped on slide rails of the lifter support; a driving belt driving gear shaft is connected with the driving mechanism. The lifter has the beneficial effects that the contact area of the driving belt and driving gear of the lifter is large, so that the driving belt and the driving gear are not easily worn; after the slider is worn, pressure springs can move forward against pulley blocks to compensate for wear of the slider and keep the slider stable; the driving gear is a buffer gear and is protected, thus prolonging the service life of the lifter.
