The invention discloses a multifunctional foldable ladder. The multifunctional foldable ladder consists of two single ladders; hanging hooks are respectively arranged on two surfaces of the ladder; a safety belt is arranged in the middle of the ladder; the widths of two pedals at the top are respectively 15 cm; the pedals are linked by three stopcocks; and the design height of the ladder is within 2.5-3 m. The multifunctional foldable ladder has multiple purposes on such aspects as enterprise goods loading/unloading, flower, vegetable and fruit thinning in orchards, fruit picking, tree form trimming, top flatting, chemical spraying and constructional engineering; when the multifunctional foldable ladder is used, the two single ladders can be pulled to form an A shape; the safety belt in the middle of the ladder can prevent the ladder from slipping and falling; and the two pedals with the widths of 15 cm at the top are enough for staff to stably stand so as to protect the safety of the staff. The hanging hooks on the two surfaces of the ladder can help the staff to hang such objects as tools, can help the picking staff to hang fruits when the fruits are picked in the orchards, and are convenient to downwards convey the fruits. When the ladder is not used, the ladder can be folded, so that the use is convenient.
