The invention relates to a construction ladder. The construction ladder comprises first ladder frames, second ladder frames, pedals and a tool layer, wherein fixing blocks and anti-skid strips are arranged at lower ends of the first ladder frames and the second ladder frames, springs are fixedly connected onto the fixing blocks, lower ends of the springs are fixedly connected with friction blocks which are also hinged to the lower ends of the first ladder frames and the second ladder frames, bulges are arranged on two sides of each pedal, a reinforcing rib is fixedly connected in the middle of each pedal, stop fabrics are arranged on two sides of the tool layer, and elastic fabrics are arranged in middles of the stop fabrics. Tools can be prevented from falling due to arrangement of the stop fabrics provided with the elastic fabrics, and the stop fabrics have certain elasticity; the rigidity of the pedals can be enhanced due to arrangement of the reinforcing ribs; the effective contact area of the friction blocks and the ground can be guaranteed due to arrangement of the fixing blocks and the friction blocks which are fixedly connected with the springs, and the skidding phenomenon can be prevented; the construction ladder is simple in structure, convenient to operate, economical and practical.
