The invention provides a shaft sleeve for a refrigerator door body, the refrigerator door body and a manufacturing method for the refrigerator door body. The shaft sleeve for the refrigerator door body comprises a barrel body and a mounting fixing part, wherein the barrel body is provided with a rotating shaft through hole penetrating through a body along the axial line; one end, which is adjacent to the barrel body, of the mounting fixing part is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the barrel body; a clamping slot with an upward opening is formed in the mounting fixing part along the inner side of at least part of the bottom circumferential edge. The shaft sleeve disclosed by the invention is clamped into an end face decoration strip from bottom to top; after the refrigerator door body is pre-assembled, the phenomenon that the shaft sleeve is tilted, outwards protruded or deformed in a door body foaming process can be avoided, so that the problems of out flowing of foaming liquid, interference between the shaft sleeve and a hinge shaft ,and the like are solved; therefore the qualified rate of a product and the product quality are improved.
