The invention discloses a push plate furnace, which comprises a furnace passage, a heating system and a control system, wherein the heating system is used for heating the furnace passage, the control system is used for controlling the heating system to work, and a heat insulation layer covers the furnace passage. The heat insulation layer consists of the following ingredients in parts by weight: 3.1 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1.2 parts of aluminum silicate fiber cotton, 0.9 parts of quartz powder, 0.4 parts of redispersion glue powder, 0.7 parts of magnesium carbonate and 1.1 parts of desulphurization gypsum. The push plate furnace provided by the invention has the advantages that the heat insulation layer with high intensity, aging resistance, corrosion resistance and good heat insulation performance covers the furnace passage, the heat insulation performance of the furnace passage can be improved, and the energy consumption of the push plate furnace can be reduced.
