The invention discloses a flexible display panel which comprises a first substrate, a first barrier layer, a first modification layer and a display element, wherein the first substrate is provided with a first surface and a second surface; the first barrier layer is arranged on the first surface of the first substrate and made of a ceramic material; the first modification layer is formed on the first barrier layer; and the display element is formed on the first modification layer or on the second surface of the first substrate.
