Energy-saving concrete admixture and application thereof
The invention relates to an energy-saving concrete admixture and an application thereof. The invention provides an energy-saving concrete admixture. The energy-saving concrete admixture is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10%-15% of triethanolamine, 5%-30% of sodium silicate, 5%-30% of sodium sulfate, 3%-8% of liquid caustic soda, 1%-3% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 5%-15% of molasses and 25%-55% of water. The invention also provides an application of the energy-saving concrete admixture in production of concrete; and according to the application, the mixing amount of the energy-saving concrete admixture is 0.05-0.2%. The usage amount of cement in the concrete is decreased so that the production cost is reduced; the utilization of industrial slag powder is improved; the performance of the concrete is improved and the workability of the concrete is improved to a certain extent; the energy conservation and environmental friendliness are achieved and the benefits are increased; and the energy-saving concrete admixture can be used by being directly compounded in a concrete pumping agent so as to facilitate the production and be convenient in adding.
