The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite additive for building material concrete. The method is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: alunite, dickite, zeolite powder, montmorillonite, sodium bentonite, coal ashes, calcium fluoride, sucrose, polyvinyl alcohol, methylcellulose, sodium carbonate, gypsum, sodium silicate, aluminite powder and boric acid. The composite additive for the building material concrete disclosed by the invention is easy to purchase; the production process is not complicated; products are simple and easy to produce; the composite additive can be conveniently and uniformly used in the use procedure; the production stability can be met; and the quality of the produced concrete is ensured.
