The invention discloses a novel concrete anti-cracking modifier, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 1.5-3.3 parts of a naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, 1.2-2.8 parts of tea seed cake, 2.5-5 parts of dolomite powder, 1.2-2.4 parts of carrageenan, 2.5-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.8-1.6 parts of propyl starch ether, 2.5-3.8 parts of aniline methyltriethoxysilane and 1.6-3.2 parts of triphenylethylphenol. According to the invention, the naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and carrageenan are mixed into concrete, and through the combined action of the naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and carrageenan flexible materials, concrete can have high pressure resistance, high bending tensile strength and high anti-impact toughness, also the elastic modulus of concrete is reduced, and the concrete damping ratio is improved, thus providing possibility for vibration and noise reduction of concrete pavement.
