The soft facing stone material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of quartz sand, 10-20 parts of a high-molecular polyvinyl chloride emulsion, 5.0-10.0 parts of glass fiber, 0.1-1.0 part of a curing agent, 10-20 parts of an elastic emulsion, 1.0-2.0 parts of a reinforcing agent and 15-45 parts of water, wherein 0.1-0.5 part of water-soluble cellulose is added into the high-molecular polyvinyl chloride emulsion. According to the soft facing stone material, all the components provided according to the ratio generate a synergistic effect, qualitative change is caused by quantitative change, and an effect superior to that obtained in the prior art is generated through the quantitative ratio, so that the weather resistance of a simulated facing brick can be effectively improved, the hollowing, cracking or dropping phenomenon cannot be generated, facing bricks can be prepared on a large area, the facing bricks can be cut on site according to the actual structural size of a building, furthermore, the on-site construction time and preparation time are greatly shortened, meanwhile, the curing time is shortened, and problems existing in the prior art are effectively solved.
