Environment-friendly plant fibre composite board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an environment-friendly plant fibre composite board; the environment-friendly plant fibre composite board is prepared from plant fibre, an inorganic cementing material and a waterproof agent; the weight of the plant fibre accounts for 60-80% of the total weight of the plant fibre and the inorganic cementing material; the inorganic cementing material is composed of MgC12, MgO, water and MgSO4 at a weight ratio of (0.8-1.0):(3.5-4.5):(2.5-3.5):(0.05-0.15); and the weight of the waterproof agent accounts for 2-5% of that of MgO. The environment-friendly plant fibre composite board disclosed by the invention has the better performances, such as static bending intensity, bending elastic modulus, internal bonding strength, surface bonding strength and fire resistance; the formaldehyde emission is zero; the active magnesia phenomenon is avoided; the environment-friendly plant fibre composite board can be widely applied in the industries, such as building materials, packaging, transportion and decoration; and both the comprehensive performance index and use effect of the environment-friendly plant fibre composite board are prior to those of a normal plant fibre board.
