The invention discloses a cement-based grouting material with aqueous dispersion resistance and high viscosity. The cement-based grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of ordinary portland cement, 5-8 parts of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 20-40 parts of magnesium oxide, 10-30 parts of coal powder ash, 100-150 parts of aggregate, 0.5-1.5 parts of a water reducer, 0-0.3 part of a retarder, 0.01-0.05 part of an aqueous dispersion resistance agent, 10-20 parts of a polymer emulsion and 30-35 parts of water. The cement-based grouting material with aqueous dispersion resistance and high viscosity has the properties such as high fluidity, early strength, high strength, adhesive property, durability and aqueous dispersion resistance, is applied to field of engineering such as grouting of equipment and steel structure foundation, synchronous grouting of shield tunnels and underwater grouting, and has wide application prospect.
