Degradable sludge-plastic environment-friendly board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a degradable sludge-plastic environment-friendly board and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pressing and drying the sludge raw material, and pulverizing, wherein the sludge raw material is precipitate generated in the sewage treatment process; (2) adding treated wood meal, PP (polypropylene) powder, a coupling agent, plasticizer, a flame retardant, a waterproofing agent and a mold release agent into the sludge raw material obtained in the step (1), and uniformly mixing at high speed; and (3) carrying out extrusion and granulation on the raw material mixture at 110-160 DEG C through a processing screw machine, and carrying out die pressing and secondary injection molding through a board mold to obtain the product. The board is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of sludge raw material, 5-20 parts of wood meal, 5-20 parts of PP powder, 1-5 parts of coupling agent, 1-5 parts of plasticizer, 1-10 parts of flame retardant, 1-5 parts of waterproofing agent and 1-5 parts of mold release agent. The method recovers the waste resources, and prepares the degradable sludge-plastic environment-friendly board from the unmanageable sludge waste. The board can not pollute the environment after being worn and discarded, and is degradable.
