The invention discloses a silicon carbide reinforced ceramic matrix composite, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9-12 parts of calcite, 4-5 parts of magnesium oxide, 7-9 parts of quartz, 65-70 parts of zirconia, 18-25 parts of silicon nitride, 5-7 parts of nano titanium oxide, 20-30 parts of silicon carbide whisker, 4-6 parts of lithium chinastone, 1-2 parts of sodium carbonate, 0.6-0.9 part of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1-1.5 parts of a polyacrylic acid, 1.2-1.6 parts of polyving akohol, and 4-5 parts of an anti-wear additive. According to the invention, silicon carbide whisker and nano titanium oxide are added into a ceramic, so that the ceramic has extremely high hardness and better toughness, electrical conductivity, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and after the ceramic is used for manufacturing a cutting tool, the cutting tool is good in heat resistance, smooth in cut workpieces, and long in service life; and through the adoption of the anti-wear additive, the wear resistance and heat resistance of the ceramic can be increased.
